A Mindful Lifestyle: 8 week course to Happiness, Health, and Vitality in YOUR Life


We are so excited to share the Mindful Lifestyle email course with YOU!  This course is designed to help you tap into your own power and live your BEST life!  By committing to this 8 week course you are sending a powerful message that you are ready to make a shift, to embrace change and tap into YOUR OWN POWER!  

Each week we will focus on a different theme and break them down into smaller achievable goals.  When you enroll in this course you will get an email each weekday and a suggested assignment to do over the weekend.  This course is meant to be a kickstarter for you to evaluate and pinpoint areas in your life where you could simplify or restructure so you are able to achieve your dreams and goals.  

Led by Dr. Sara Rausch who is a Doctor of Chiropractic, 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Acupuncturist, Birthfit Regional Director at BIRTHFIT Davenport, business owner of Health in Motion Chiropractic and Wellness, practicing Ashtangi, Crossfitter and functional movement enthusiast. Along with, Clarissa Thompson who is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, mobility coach, business owner of Clarissa Mae Yoga, practicing Ashtangi and avid traveler. Both ladies love working with other women to achieve physical, emotional and spiritual freedom so they can embrace their inner power.  


During this 8 week course we will cover the following topics: Time Management, Nutrition, Movement, Stress, Sleep, Finances and Relationships.  Each topic will be broken down into sub categories with helpful tips and tricks, some will include a video, and other supplemental material.  As part of the course you will also get lifetime access to our closed Facebook Group where you can interact with us and the other members of the course!
